This page describes one of the many weddings that we have worked on. It explains how we used a theme, in this case the venue, to bring every element together for a co-ordinated look.  You may choose any theme you like and we will work with you to carefully select the individual components to deliver a truly stunning finish.
The bride and groom for this wedding chose a traditional church service followed by a reception in the enchanting grounds of Slaugham Place, in West Sussex. They wanted a romantic, country style to complement the venue, in a dusky pink and fresh green colour scheme to match the bridesmaids’ dresses.
We used a combination of roses in different sizes and shades of soft pinks along with frothy alchemilla and other typical cottage garden flowers for the bouquets. These were hand-tied for a natural look and bound with dusky pink satin ribbon.

The various roses were then used for different buttonholes. The groom and best man had a cream rose with soft pink edging, the ushers and the fathers had dusky pink roses and the corsages were made with blush pink roses.
In the church, the bride opted for traditional pedestal arrangements and simple pew ends of blush pink roses with organza ribbon with a posy of cottage garden flowers with ribbon for the front pews.

For the reception we created the table centre pieces in whitewashed wicker baskets in keeping with the bride’s style. They overflowed with traditional cottage garden flowers such as phlox, astilbe and ammi along with roses and hydrangea. For the top table, we designed a traditional long and low arrangement of complementary flowers and decorated the front of the table with a foliage garland.
Finally we designed clusters of spray roses, hydrangea florets and alchemilla for the three tiered cake, which was surrounded by shell pink rose petals.
