This page describes one of the many weddings that we have worked on.  We explain how we used a theme, in this case a flower, to bring every element together for a co-ordinated look.  Of course you may choose any theme you like and we will work with you to carefully select all of the individual components to deliver a truly stunning finish.
The theme for this wedding came from the bride and groom’s attire. A large rose detail on the bride’s dress provided the inspiration for the choice of flower and the red sash of the groom’s military uniform led to the choice of colour.
As the bride preferred pink to red we suggested a medley of pink flowers to compliment the uniform and the bridesmaid’s dress. The bride’s full A-line dress lent itself to a classic shower bouquet but this was not what she had in mind so we designed a compact dome of roses softened with a collar of ivy and a cascade of ivy trails.

The high-ceiling wedding and reception venue lent itself to tall arrangements. However, we used a mix of tall and low table designs to give the room a more informal look.
We created compact balls of roses set inside glass fish bowls for the low arrangements and compact domes of roses and peonies set on high glass cylinder vases for the tall arrangements. Giant balls of roses and peonies on ribboned stands were used to highlight the wedding table and doorway and a ribbon and rose ‘curtain’ created a unique entrance for the guests.

Posies tied to the end chairs as ‘pew’ arrangements for the ceremony became chair back decorations for the bride and groom for the reception. Each guest received a hand-made ribboned paper cone filled with coordinating fresh rose petal confetti and when they returned to their seats at the reception they found their napkins adorned with a single rose of the same colour.
